These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hidush Foundation website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Hidush Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Use of Content

  • All content, logos, images, and material on this website belong to Hidush Foundation unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.

3. Donations

  • Donations made to Hidush Foundation are voluntary.
  • Donations are non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Online donations are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, bank account or UPI details.
  • Donors are responsible for providing accurate information when making contributions.
  • Eligible donations may qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the law in force at the time. Please consult your own tax adviser about your eligibility.
  • Monthly donations continue until you cancel them. How to cancel is explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At present we accept donations only from Indian sources. We are not currently registered to receive foreign contributions under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.

4. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse this website for unlawful purposes, including spreading harmful software, spam, or unauthorized content.
  • Hidush Foundation reserves the right to restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, updates, or misuse.

5. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third-party websites.
